What is the Private Hire Car Service?

The Private Hire Car must be pre-booked for a journey beginning at a certain point in time and place to drive to a particular destination. During the journey, only that individual or group of individuals can stay in the vehicle whom the service was booked for, no other person allowed to be in the hire car.

 

Who and where will wait for me at the airport?

Our driver will wait for you with your name on a board at the Airport Departure Hall.

 

What happens if I cannot find the driver?

If you cannot find your driver in the Departure Hall, please wait at the Information Desk and call the number on your booking confirmation.

 

Where will you wait for me if my journey begins at a hotel/apartment or private address?

The driver will wait for you at the reception desk of the hotel or in front of the private address provided.

 

What is the extra waiting time fee?

Your confirmed private hire fee includes 30 minutes waiting time counted from the pick up time. Over the 30 minutes, extra waiting time will be charged that must be paid to the driver by the passenger(s) at the end of the journey. The extra waiting time fee is 30 pence/minute.

 

What is the extra parking fee?

Your confirmed private hire fee includes 30 minutes parking fee counted from the pick up time. Over the 30 minutes, extra parking fee will be charged that must be paid to the driver by the passenger(s) at the end of the journey. The amount of extra parking fee depends on the length of the extra parking time and it is varied by place/airport.

 

What happens if the plane delays?

We are continuously monitoring the ongoing arrivals of planes/trains. The driver waits for all planes/trains so we provide our service without extra charge in case of plane/train delay.

 

What happens if I miss the plane or my flight is cancelled?

Please inform the driver or our company about your new arrival time on the provided telephone number in your confirmation as soon as possible. Otherwise, failing to provide information results we unable to provide the service and the full transportation fee will be charged.

 

What happens if my luggage was lost? How long will the driver wait for me?

Please inform the driver or our company about your lost luggage on the provided telephone number in your confirmation as soon as possible, and in the meantime declare that you arrived and you still need our private hire service.

 

What kind of vehicle provides the service?

The private hire service is provided by an air-conditioned car/minibus/bus. The size of the vehicle depends on the category ordered by the client.

 

How many baggage are allowed? Is there any weight limit?

The private hire price includes one (1) baggage of maximum 25 kg and one (1) hand luggage of maximum 10 kg per person without size limit. Information about any extra baggage should be provided and extra fee must be paid at booking. 

 

Is it allowed to transport sport equipment, musical instruments, etc.?

Extra fee must be paid for unusual sized equipment or object. The amount can be varied. Please inform us in advance if you would like to travel with unusual sized object.

 

Is it allowed to transport animals?

Animal is allowed only in case of private hire with the animal transportation licences, in clean condition and in the appropriate animal transport box. We charge extra fee for animals except blind guide dog. 

 

I am disabled. Can I take my wheelchair with me?

Wheelchair is allowed to transport only in case of private hire. If the wheelchair facilitates the movement of passenger, it is free of charge.

 

I travel with children. The transfer is free for children?

Unfortunately, children’s transportation is not free of charge. Each child regardless of the age should be charged as adult. However, in case of private hire we provide car seat for free.

In certain countries, children under particular age must be transported in car seat. If this is the case, driver must keep this role as it is his responsibility. If you don’t tell us that you need a car seat for your child, driver has the right to refuse transportation of your child as driver has no obligation to keep car seat in his vehicle. In this case, you are not eligible for refund of the transportation fee and we don’t responsible for any other costs incurred.

 

Can you ensure car seat for children?

We recommend you to tell us if you need car seat for your child. You can do that during the booking process on our website. Please provide information about the age of each child in order to enable us to ensure the best suitable car seat(s). 

 

How can I pay? Can I pay by card?

You can pay by card in the last section of your booking process on our website or in cash to the driver when you transported to your destination. 

 

What currency do you accept?

We accept local currency and EUR. If you pay by EUR, the exchange rate is told by the service provider. 

 

Can I modify or cancel my booking? Is it free?

You can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the booked pick up time. You can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the booked pick up time. This role can be changed by the service provider. You are informed about the cancellation conditions in the booking confirmation and the terms and conditions section. In case of late cancellation, you are charged the full transportation fee. This role can be changed by the service provider.

 

How long should I wait for the driver at the meeting/pick up point?

In rare cases, unforeseen traffic and technical problems can occur when the service provider cannot arrive on time. In this case, we inform you about the estimated arrival time via phone.

 

In case of return journey when will you pick me up? How do I know the pick up time?

You should decide the pick up time for your return journey and provide information about it during the booking process.

 

What is the role of seat belt?

In those particular countries where each passenger must use seat belt, you must fasten your seat belt when the driver ask you to do so. Those passengers, who do not comply with the request of the driver, cannot continue their journey. In this case, you are not eligible for refund of the transportation fee and we don’t responsible for any other costs incurred.
